August 2007- Interviewed by local cable television station NY1 News on “Wheel Art” an adaptive art therapy intervention created for children in wheelchairs whereby they are enabled to paint murals using their wheelchairs.

 

December 2005- Wrote and presented “Adapting Art Therapy for Children with Physical Disabilities” at New York University’s Symposium Art Therapy with Children/ a tribute to Edith Kramer.

 

November 2004- Co-authored and presented “Developing an Art Therapy Program for Children with Physical and Cognitive Disabilities” at The 35th Annual American Art Therapy Association’s Conference in San Diego, CA.

 

October 2002- Featured in a local news article in the NJ Herald, “Art that Heals” describing therapeutic home sessions done with an adolescent girl suffering with cancer while working at Valley Home Care.
